I understand that by joining a Flourishing Palm Cellars Wine Club, at any level, I am stating that I am at least 21 years of age.  I am further committing to purchase the wines twice yearly consistent with the level of entry I have chosen to join.  I agree to pay shipping costs if I am unable to pick up my wines during the wine pick-up events.  I understand that upon reaching my yearly minimum wine purchase, I can opt out of my membership with a simple email request to sam.flourishingpalmcellars@gmail.com
