2017 Cabernet Franc Dessert Wine
Made from the same Cab Franc grapes as the Cab Franc wine. The Cab Franc used for the Port Style wine was fermented to 17 Brix. Alongside the Cab Franc, black Bing cherries were slightly fermented and then added to the Cab Franc wine at the same time as the fortifying brandy was added. Silky smooth, delicious Port style wine that will accentuate anything chocolate.
